At First Presbyterian Church, our adult ministries provide opportunities to deepen faith, foster community, and serve with purpose. Whether you’re seeking Bible studies, fellowship groups, or mission projects, there’s a place for you to connect and grow. From weekly theology classes and small group gatherings to outreach initiatives that serve our neighbors, we believe in walking this faith journey together.
Our adult ministries are designed to nurture spiritual growth, encourage meaningful relationships, and equip individuals to live out their faith in daily life. Join us and become part of a supportive community that seeks to love, learn, and serve together.
At First Presbyterian Church, our youth ministries offer a space for students in 6th grade and up to grow in faith, build friendships, and serve others. Our Youth Group meets regularly for fun activities, meaningful discussions, and service projects that make a difference in our community. Throughout the year, youth participate in mission initiatives, from creating cards for our homebound members to supporting local outreach efforts.
Programs like Vacation Bible School provide opportunities to connect and lead during the summer. We invite all middle and high school students to join us, discover their gifts, and experience the joy of belonging to a faith-filled community.
Here at First Presbyterian Church, we cherish the opportunity to love, teach, and nurture our children in faith.
Children begin worship with their families and, following the Children’s Message, head to Sunday School with their teachers. Our program, based on Spark House’s Activate Faith, engages children through Bible stories, crafts, games, and songs. Sunday School is designed for kids in grades K-5, with older children assisting teachers. Our kids also take part in mission projects, like creating cards for homebound members.
In the summer, children are invited to join special programs such as “Stories on the Lawn” and Vacation Bible School.
