On August 8 we will be having Worship in the Park followed by a box lunch and an opportunity for Pontoon Rides.  Please submit the form below with your order for box lunches  and click on the box if you desire to go out on a pontoon ride.  Boxed lunches are $5 each and you may pay with cash or with a check made out to the First Presbyterian Church and "boxed lunch" written in the memo line.

  Sandwiches:   For each person below place the number of your sandwich selection.  In addition please place an "x" in the box if you plan on going on a pontoon ride.

     Choice # 1. Turkey and provolone on multigrain

    Choice # 2. Turkey and provolone on sour dough

    Choice # 3. Ham and Swiss on multigrain

    Choice # 4. Ham and Swiss on sour dough

    Choice # 5. Roast Beef and cheddar on multigrain

    Choice # 6. Roast Beef and cheddar on sour dough      

example if pastor Paul desires a Ham and Swiss on Sourdough and intends to go on the pontoons he would fill in the following information.
